Ironwood offers its overseas customers guaranteed, quality products - supported by digital photos, and sample boards prior to purchase. For our floors we also supply you with technical advice on how to lay your floor and provide explanatory material regarding suggested / recommended timber finishes.

Australian eucalypt floors have only recently been "found" by overseas clients. The timber properties of our Australian eucalypts are unsurpassed and the broad range of colours that they come in are exquisite. This is the best timber in the world for strip flooring.

All export sales are handled directly with us in Sydney. Our most recent export sales have been to Japan, Hong Kong and the USA.

Typically an order for dressed timbers takes up to four weeks to mill and package (subject to order quantities of course). Shipping and customs clearance can take up to six weeks. We guarantee that you will know whether we have an item in stock at the time of confirming your order and we also promise to meet any delivery timing we provide you. We of course cannot guarantee the shipping timetables, suffice it to say we use very experienced people at our end who are very experienced at what they do.

We can also arrange the entire shipment, from our door directly to you.

Payments for all export orders are unfortunately required up-front. We are a long-established Australian company with an excellent reputation for service. We can also provide you with independent credit rating assurances for your added financial comfort should you so request. Rest assured, your order will be in our safe and reliable hands.

Packaging
All orders are packed in timber crates and wrapped in plastic to protect our timbers and ensure they arrive on your door step in showroom condition.

Minimum order quantity Aus$5,000.

Shipping
All shipping and packaging costs are quoted separately, in addition to the basic timber purchase price.

Insurance
Quoted separately, in addition to the basic timber purchase price.

All our sales are quoted and payable in Australian dollars. You can take advantage of our exchange rates which make our timbers extremely competitive on the world stage
